We are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting advanced building management systems across New South Wales. This role involves installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of cutting-edge building management and control systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
◆ System Installation: Install and configure building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and access control systems.
◆ Programming and Configuration: Develop and configure systems using industry protocols like BACnet, Modbus, or LONworks.
◆ Commissioning and Testing: Perform commissioning and testing to ensure systems meet design specifications and operate seamlessly.
◆ System Integration: Integrate various control systems to achieve comprehensive building automation.
◆ Client Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to ensure clients can effectively use and manage their systems.
◆ Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all installations, programming, and maintenance activities.
◆ Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
◈ Education: A technical certification or associate degree in Electrotechnology, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
◈ Experience: Demonstrated expertise in installing, programming, and maintaining building management systems.
◈ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and control theory. Proficiency with BACnet, Modbus, LONworks, and automation platforms like Niagara, Trend Controls, Distech Controls, or Automated Logic.
◈ Troubleshooting: Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
◈ Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
◈ Additional: A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel as required.
