About the Role
As a BMS Control Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and commissioning cutting-edge Building Management Systems. Key Responsibilities:

About You

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Qualifications:Trade Certificate or higher in Electrical, Instrumentation, or HVAC.
Current OH&S induction card (Construction/White Card).
Valid driver’s licence and Australian citizenship/work visa.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Service Account Manager, you’ll focus on servicing, maintaining, and commissioning BMS/DDC Controls while nurturing strong relationships with property managers, mechanical services teams, builders, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintain BMS/Controls systems with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage projects from inception to handover. You’ll ensure compliance, efficiency, and profitability while designing, developing, and implementing advanced BMS solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project delivery, ensuring all timelines, compliance, and budget targets are met.
Work closely with sales, administration, and installation teams to coordinate project activities.
Design and commission BMS systems, including programming, control drawings, graphics, and operational descriptions.
Ensure compliance with building rating systems such as GreenStar and NABERS.
Identify opportunities for energy savings and operational efficiencies.
Manage risks, address changes to project scope, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Deliver high-quality project documentation, manuals, and procedures.

About You
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Experience: At least 3 years managing, engineering, and commissioning BMS/BAS.
At least 2 years of BMS design experience (Niagara open protocol systems preferred).Skills: Proficiency with engineering tools (e.g., BACnet, LON).
Strong understanding of building rating systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Certifications: Valid driver’s licence and White Card (OH&S).
Disconnect/reconnect licence.
Australian citizenship or work visa required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with BMS and/or HVAC systems.
Knowledge of platforms such as Distech, Niagara, or SkySpark.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
